We handle the Day-to-day stuff. All tenant queries handled.

We attendance the property, alongside the landlord, on the day of vacation. We do a cursory check of the property’s condition.

Secure Deposits

Secure handling of deposits, forwarded to The Deposit Protection Service where a month’s deposit is held in advance — in line with the tenancy deposit protection requirements introduced under the Housing Act 2004 for all assured shorthold tenancies (ASTs) in England and Wales.
